The neighbour keeps returning my bin, slightly wrong
Every week my bin comes back from the kerb. I never move it. Someone puts it back for me, and every week it ends up about thirty centimetres to the left of where it started.
I have never met this person. We have been having a silent, extremely slow argument about bin placement for eight months. I moved it back once, pointedly. It moved again.
I have decided I like them.

Eight months of correspondence and neither of you has said a word. That is the most functional relationship I have heard about all week.
Has the displacement been consistently thirty centimetres, or is it drifting? Because if it drifts, one of you is slowly winning and I need to know which.
@Quillow It is drifting. Cumulatively about two metres since spring. I am losing and I have made peace with it.
